CLASSES and its definition in the exhibitions (For Spain)
Class Puppy (C.C.): For individuals aged between 5 and 9 months of age. In Spain, the highest rating is "Very Good"
Class Young (C.J.): For those individuals who have more than 9 months and under 18. Those enrolled in this class can not do so simultaneously in open class or class of champions, those aged 15 to 18 months, may enroll in youth or open, but not both. In Spain, the highest rating is "excellent"
Middle Class (C.I.): Dogs over 15 months and under 24. You can register those who are champions in other countries and want to obtain the title of Champion of the country. This class puts in competition the C.A.C. national. Can't register these registers on Class Champions,in Open Class, in Working Class or Young Class. The maximum evaluation is Excellent
Open Class (C.A.): Dogs older than 15 months. You can register those who are champions in other countries and want to obtain the title of Champion of the country. This class puts in competition the CAC national, and the winner will compete with those enrolled in class champions for the CACIB
Work Class (C.T.): For those older than 15 months, subject to this section and which bear license, because they had made in a Utility Dogs test from R.C.I. or R.A.C.E. with a rating of at least VERY GOOD and / or Hunting Dogs have been rated as VERY GOOD at an official test.
Champion Class (C:CH.): For dogs that have the Spain Champion title or from a foreign country - with justification - and who want to qualify for the C.A.C.I.B.. These entered in this class may not enroll in open class or youth class.
Veteran Class (C.V.): For copies older than 8 years. Without an option to another award that the coming of a BEST IN SHOW for those enrolled in this class.
Couples class(C.P.): Male and female of the same breed and variety with the same owner. To compete in this class, both copies must be enrolled in any of the above.
Breeding class (C.Cr.): For groups of three or more copies of the same breed or variety, without distinction of sex, same breeder, whether or not they owned at the time of the exhibition. To compete in this class, the specimens that comprise the batch of breeding must be registered individually in some kinds of paragraphs above.
Best of breed: Among the best male and best female from each class who have obtained a Excellent 1st will choose the best of breed, which will compete for the best of the group, and then the winner of group will compete for the Best in Show . The absolute best of breed winners will be chosen from the youth class, Middle, open and champions
